  • icon-box Donna Karan Cashmere Aura Perfume: We use our advanced hot stamping and embossing technology to give these packages a texture like no other. The feeling of the raised letters dramatically enhances the consumer’s experience while being entranced by our proprietary pearlized coating.
  • icon-box Jim Beam Double Oak Whiskey: We use intricate embossing to accentuate Jim Beam’s timeless logo, seal and barrels. The rich blue printed on .028 SBS, elevates Beam’s premier Double Oak Whiskey.
  • icon-box Origins 8-Pack: Produced on 50% post-consumer waste, FSC certified, uncoated, recycled board – 8 individual cartons with unique graphics assembled together with an L card backer create 1 image across all 8 cartons! Prints 4CP, 4 PMS colors and matte varnish help give this collection of cartons an environmentally responsible look.
  • icon-box Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Lipstick: An example of a simple design, with flawless execution. Our beautiful, blue vignette blend on this package highlights the elegant lettering and glimmer on the front, delivering a strong branding message. The top of the carton prints the color palette.
  • icon-box Tory Burch Confetti Box: We thoughtfully hot stamp and emboss Tory Burch’s signature gold logo. Our structural design team created a “cracker box” design for holiday gift sets featuring an innovative twist locking feature.
  • icon-box Jack Daniel's Whiskey: We generously applied 2 hits of Black on .026 SBS with special PMS colors for the logos on this box. There is an overall matte black finish with custom high gloss UV patterns unique to each different team logo we use. This unique program for Brown Forman customizes gift sets for professional sports teams. For the Philadelphia Flyers we used 2 hits of Black on .026 and Flyers Custom PMS Orange inside. The overall matte black finish, paired with custom high gloss UV patterns, is unique to each team logo. A sleek black finish and cutouts masterfully frame the iconic bottle and rocks glasses.
  • icon-box Alex and Ani: FSC-certified SBS combined with our proprietary metallic CurtCHROME® ink system creates a highly reflective copper. Our crisp hot stamping and tightly registered embossing accentuates these luminous designs.
  • icon-box Dunhill Icon: This gift set is produced on .018 Met Poly, with matte and gloss UV coating. Our extensive embossing and debossing patterns create a rich, tactile effect that embodies the definition of simple elegance.
  • icon-box Estée Lauder Red Confetti: This carton features a unique construction from our package engineers. It prints flood red with red hot stamping “confetti” and silver stamping of Estee Lauder’s signature logo. The twist top and bottom locking features are designed for both functionality and intrigue.
  • icon-box Peter Thomas Roth Skin Saver: This sophisticated carton showcases virtually all of our finishing techniques. This gift set includes a cohesive blend of spot matte, UV and soft touch coatings, gold hot stamping, with embossing that enhances both the texture and dimension. The gift set has a window for the consumer to see the product and is printed on .024 SBS, 4 color process and 3 PMS inks.
  • icon-box Nova Max Glucose: Our large format equipment lends itself perfectly to this oversized OTC Pharma carton. We printed a 6-up layout on our 38” x 51” press compared to a 2-up layout on a competitor’s 28” x 40” equipment. We not only saved our customer 26%, but we reduced the printing/die-cutting time by 66%.
  • icon-box Menarini GlucoMen LX Sensor: To increase appeal, we used metallic ink and 2 hits of Titanium White, producing a bright salient white. Due to our large format printing (and cutting) equipment, we produced a very high volume of commodity OTC Carton in half the time at a fraction of the cost.
  • icon-box Covidien: A perfect example of simplicity AND having the right equipment. This massive oversized carton is produced on a .036 forte board whose blank fills the entire 38” x 51” sheet. The clean graphics and flawless execution exude trust amongst medical professionals.
  • icon-box Bare Minerals: Our rich, proprietary ink enabled the creation of a dense, dark black for this sleek line. This deep black is performed using our Piano Black® application. The silver stamping, in conjunction with the special PMS tones, completes the family.
  • icon-box Elizabeth Arden: Produced on .0183 Invercote with Met Poly, the smooth vignette is created using multiple screens of red and black. These cartons have overall Gloss UV. We emboss the logo on the front panel and blind emboss the logo on the top panel for an amazing launch.

CurtCRYSTAL®

A recyclable alternative to micro-embossing, CurtCRYSTAL® creates texture and emits brilliance at a fraction of the cost of traditional finishing techniques. The only thing that rivals the elegance of CurtCRYSTAL® is the money saved when we use it.

This carton displays our proprietary CurtCRYSTAL® on the bottom of the front face of the carton. The glimmer that CurtCRYSTAL® emits attracts the most discerning consumer.
